![]() Magical looking props though tend to hold the attention of kids much better though, and the attention of most people in general. So I use both those and normal looking props. But overall I like it, and I have a thing for "magical looking props" which is what peaked my interest in magic as a kid, and still does today. Also kinda sloppy at the end with the cards getting "stuck" but maybe that is not always the case. It is kinda pricey though for that fanciness. ![]() But this version looks pretty neat as well. The Locked Deck looks more "organic" and the holes are also in the corner not the center. With "The Locked Deck" the card vanishes while the spectator holds the padlocked deck, and the card just magically appears in the case. ![]() Except this version is "fancier" and slightly different as it shows a "penetration" or solid through solid, with the whole deck penetrating the wooden rod except the chosen card.Īlso says it does not require a force card. Looks similar to one of my favorite effects that I have done for a very long time "The Locked Deck", also sometimes called "The Houdini Deck" and uses a lock or handcuffs.
